Sure, you may have visitors, but if you are not getting their contact information, you are missing out on potential customers in the future.
Ask for Email Addresses
Go ahead and ask for email addresses from customers that you already have. Perhaps you didn't think of building the list in the past, but it is never too late to get started. If you already have customers, ask them for their email address. Of course, you need to make sure that you get their permission to send them emails as well.
